In this 13 minute video we show you the basics of how to build a 2 rail pvc vinyl ranch rail fence. This fence is 4 foot tall which is not standard height for a 2 rail fence but that is what the customer wanted so we did it. Normally a 2 rail fence like this would be around 3 foot to 3 1/2 foot tall. If you were building a 3 rail fence this video will still be helpful because the only difference is one more rail to insert.
